We`re interviewing now over the holiday season and hiring in January.
Join a small family office team that takes pride in its work serving high net worth families. We`re expanding. We are looking for a performance-oriented, loyal individual with superb organizational skills to manage the back office so that it continues to run smoothly as we continue to grow.
Minimum requirements: Excellent communications skills (oral and written), math ability, computer skills, software (excel, word, etc.), initiative, management ability. A successful work history that shows increasing responsibililty on the job.
Pluses: Securities license (Series 7, 65, 66, 6, 63), and/or accounting, bookkeeping, legal, or compliance background. Centerpiece. Tax software.
Must pass reference and background checks.
